The Digital Risk Response Center is designed to help school districts, JPAs, HR teams, legal counsel, administrators, risk managers, and technology personnel understand their role after a digital risk alert. Each guide focuses on a specific part of the response process, from the first hour after an alert to HR coordination, legal escalation, evidence preservation, JPA/risk-pool awareness, and post-incident documentation.

These resources are intended to help response teams move calmly and consistently when time matters. The goal is not to encourage informal investigation or premature conclusions. The goal is to help districts preserve records, limit unnecessary access, involve the right people, document key decisions, and follow appropriate legal, administrative, and reporting channels.
